Afghan Raisins | Gourmet Kishmish
Three distinct Afghan raisins, naturally sun-dried and sorted. They differ in colour, size and sweetness - not simply in grade.
What's in this range
Natal: Long, pale green-gold and firm, with a clean sweetness. The classic Afghan table raisin.
Kandhari: Darker and rounder with a deeper, more concentrated sweetness. The one for pulao and rich cooking.
Sundekhani: Large, plump and pale, the softest of the three. Best eaten as they are.
